great for half bottles!
grabbed some half bottles last week, including a couple of these grower champagnes, and the automatic case discount at checkout was a nice surprise. i was wondering about temp-controlled shipping since it's getting warmer, but everything arrived perfectly. definitely keeping an eye on their email list for more deals.
Good spot for natural wine finds
I usually hit up K&L Wine Merchants for my natural wine fix, but Back Room Wines had some interesting allocated releases, like a Broc Cellars Love White, so I gave them a shot. Their website was pretty easy to navigate, though I didn't see a spot for coupon codes, I guess they just do the case discounts. My only small nitpick is that it would be nice to have a clear summer shipping option, but the wine arrived well-packed and cool anyway.

Decent experience overall
I picked up some Small Production Pinot Noir. It was a pretty easy process online, no real issues. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Texas, which isn't too bad. The wine itself was pretty good, enjoyed it with dinner last night. The packaging was sturdy, so no broken bottles, which is always a plus. I might check them out again for something different.
